Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Phaser Systems collects through phasersystems.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive:

• Your name and email address
• Your company, if you provide it
• The project type you select and the message you write

To stop the form being abused, your IP address is held briefly in server memory to limit repeated submissions. We never write it to storage.

How we use it

Only to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't sell or share your personal information.

Who handles it

We rely on a small number of providers to run the site and receive your message:

• Resend delivers your form submission to us as an email.
• Google Workspace hosts the inbox where your message arrives.
• Vercel hosts this website and, like any web host, processes technical data such as IP addresses in its server logs.

These providers are based in the United States, so your information may be processed there.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only thing this site stores in your browser is your answer to the cookie banner, so we don't ask you again.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any business relationship that follows. After that, we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@phasersys.com and we'll respond.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information.

If you're in the EU or UK, we process your information because it is in our legitimate interest to respond to inquiries, or because you asked us to take steps before entering into a contract. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to inquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
